“H-Chair”: Contemporary Furniture Inspired by Mid-Century Design

H-Chair is Designed by Miha Bevc and Jan Baric.

Inspired from mid-century design H-chair is traditional with a modern edge. A welcome addition in the living room, family room or a lounge. Despite the revolutionary form, Miha Bevc and Jan Baric put an emphasis on comfort. They have used the flexibility of wood to combine design and innovation into one.

After graduation, Miha Bevc and Jan Baric, as a former classmate at the art gymnasium in Celje, decided to study in related directions. Miha completed his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts – Industrial Design, while Jan graduated in Urbanism at the Faculty of Architecture. They continued their joint creation from high school years after completing the study. In 2018 they created a joint project – H-Chair.
