Shipping

We partners with global merchants and artisans, this means that your order is shipped from global areas such as the United States, Italy, Thailand, Tibet, Japan, Canada, India, Australia, Greenland, etc..because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it is not delivered quickly, it’s on its way, simply use the tracking code we provide with each shipment to see where it is in real time or in case of doubt or problems you can contact us by email at support@mesmerized.it

Most of our products are shipped worldwide. Shipping varies from partner to partner but if you are interested in buying a product that does not ship please contact us and we will see if we can do something to get you the piece you want.

Please note that if you order multiple items, may they will be shipped in separate parcels (but you won't have to pay extra for shipping).
